GALA BALLET
A candlelit ballet performance—accompanied by a live orchestra
“Gala Ballet,” which was performed to great acclaim in Germany and Austria in December 2025 and received a standing ovation from the audience, is now set to delight audiences in Turkey as well.
This special selection of the most impressive and technically demanding pieces from the global ballet repertoire will be accompanied on stage by a live chamber orchestra. Masterpieces that have left a lasting mark on the history of ballet come together in a single evening.
Award-winning, world-class soloists who have already performed on international stages offer the audience the opportunity to experience classical ballet in its purest and most impressive form, thanks to their virtuoso technique, graceful artistry, and powerful stage presence.
Artistic direction is in the hands of world-class prima ballerina Albina Jakimenko, who has more than 28 years of experience on international stages. Her approach, which combines classical mastery with a modern artistic vision, lends the performance both technical perfection and powerful dramatic expression.
The orchestra is made up of experienced musicians who have performed in theaters and philharmonic halls across various European countries. The powerful sounds of the live performance fill every step on stage with emotion and grandeur.
In the atmosphere created by the light of thousands of candles, scenes filled with love, passion, drama, and grace come to life one after another.

About the Artists
Our artists are world-class soloists with extensive international experience. They have performed on the biggest stages in Europe, Asia, and the Americas—including in Germany, France, Switzerland, Japan, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Portugal, Hungary, Mexico, Canada, and the United States. Each of them is a prize winner and finalist at prestigious international competitions and festivals, including the European Ballet Grand Prix (Vienna), the Domenico Modugno International Competition (Italy), the IBBC International Baltic Ballet Competition, and competitions in Lausanne, New York, Varna, Montecatini, and many others.
Our orchestra consists of professional musicians with extensive international experience who have performed in theaters and philharmonic halls in Poland, Spain, Italy, and the Czech Republic. These virtuosos perform the masterpieces of classical music—from Beethoven’s powerful Ninth Symphony to Dvořák’s lyrical compositions—with the utmost precision and emotional depth.
